FORT ATKINSON, WI — Fort Community Credit Union (FCCU) proudly recognizes the outstanding achievements of its dedicated team members who earned various industry designations from America’s Credit Unions in 2024 including Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC), Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS), and Certified Credit Union Investments Professional (CCUIP).

These accomplishments reflect FCCU’s commitment to providing exceptional service and expertise to our members and the community. Earning the designation of Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) equips financial professionals with the skills to provide effective financial counseling and guidance, ensuring our members make informed financial decisions. The following FCCU team members earned their CCUFC designation in 2024:

• Eric Iverson – Director of Member Services
• Jennifer Tucker – Executive Assistant, Training Coordinator
• Jessica Witek – Accountant
• Josh Kline – Chief Financial Officer
• Madeleine Vincent – Training & Development Specialist

The Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) designation enhances team members’ understanding of regulatory compliance, promoting ethical practices and safeguarding our members' interests. The following FCCU team members earned their CUCE designation in 2024:

• Deanna Ugalde – Credit Resolutions Specialist
• Mike Gorman – Director of Mortgage Lending
• Nan Congdon – Mortgage Quality Control & Administrative Specialist
• Rob Russell – Internal Auditor
• Staci Schoenrock – Director of Credit Resolutions
• Whitney Townsend – Director of Business & Community Development

Fiona Wiese, Operations & Fraud Specialist, earned the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) designation. This significant accomplishment highlights her expertise in ensuring compliance with the critical regulations governing the financial industry.

Josh Kline, Chief Financial Officer, earned the Certified Credit Union Investments Professional (CCUIP) designation. This achievement signifies Josh’s understanding of how to optimize and diversify FCCU’s investment strategy which is vital in ensuring financial stability and liquidity for the credit union.
