What is your favorite thing about the ITMs?

My favorite thing about the ITMs is not having to run out and fix the tube every time it gets jammed when it’s traveling between the member and me.

What’s a common misconception about ITMs?

A misconception that I come across at least twice a week is that members think that ITMs are super-advanced computers that are difficult to use. In reality, they are very easy to use and we [ITM Specialists] handle most of the technical work for the member. I like to think of it as a dumbed-down version of Skype.

What are you saving for?

I'm saving up for college and a trip for next summer. Where do you want to go? Australia! I feel like it's a good first out of Country trip because Australians are very accepting of tourists. It also has many places to see like the Cape Tribulation, The Great Barrier Reef and cities such as Melbourne and Sydney.

What is your favorite local place?

My two favorite places to go to in Fort Atkinson are Paddy Coughlin’s Irish Pub, because I love their fish and Southwestern burger, and El Patron, because it’s a fun place to go with your family and friends.
